A photograph of the nameplate is enough. Part numbers are not published on this site. The nameplate carries the model, the build and the serial, and those three identify every consumable and wear part on the machine.
Where the nameplate is unreadable, a photograph of the equipment and the plant tag number are normally sufficient. The quotation states the genuine part, its origin and its lead time.
Published service figures for a rotary vane pump assume a reference condition: a clean, dry air stream and moderate ambient temperature. The manufacturer states the qualification directly: the 500 to 2,000 hour oil interval applies for a clean, dry air stream and an operating temperature below 100 °C. For continuous duty the figure given is approximately 1,000 hours, and shorter still in harsh conditions.
A plant at 40–45 °C in heavy dust and high humidity does not meet them. No manufacturer publishes a corrected figure for that service.

The published check interval is a range of 40 to 200 hours. The two panels show the same pump on the same duty, cleaned at each end of that range.
