A photograph of the nameplate is enough. Part numbers are not published on this site. The nameplate carries the model, the build and the serial, and those three identify every consumable and wear part on the machine.
Where the nameplate is unreadable, a photograph of the equipment and the plant tag number are normally sufficient. The quotation states the genuine part, its origin and its lead time.
A seal identified only by its polymer family is not fully specified. Correctly compounded dairy grades are produced by both original equipment and aftermarket manufacturers, and are documented as suitable for milk contact and superior to silicone and HNBR under CIP.

A seal is compressed hot, held, and released. Recovery determines whether it continues to seal. A compression set of approximately 19% after 70 hours at 100 °C is the published figure for a correctly cured compound.
