About

Genuine parts, fully traceable.

A Netherlands-registered supplier of genuine OEM spares, lubricants, filtration and coatings to food and dairy processing plants across MENA, the Gulf and East Africa.

The doctrine

Where a component is OEM-specified — valve seats, mechanical seals, membrane elements, vacuum pump vanes — we supply the manufacturer's own part, traceable back to the maker.

Where a manufacturer has discontinued a part, we identify the successor part and say so.

Traceability to the manufacturer is a requirement of the standard your plant is audited against.

Every GFSI-benchmarked food safety standard — BRCGS, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF — expects a supplier to be traceable back to the manufacturer, with an agreed specification and notification of any change.

A grey-market supplier cannot meet that requirement. The factory of origin cannot be named, so the traceability chain the standard requires does not exist. The resulting finding is recorded against the plant rather than against the trader.

Why our colour is blue

In food manufacturing, blue is used deliberately — because blue does not occur in food. Blue gaskets, blue detectable plasters, blue-tinted plastics, blue-coded tools.

A blue contaminant is visible in the product. The convention is standard across food manufacturing.

How we work

Compliance determines whether the shipment moves.

Screening
Every counterparty and every bank screened against the OFAC, EU and UK consolidated lists. Dated. Filed. Before the goods move.
Documentation
End-user certificates. Declarations of conformity. Full traceability. The pack your QA manager needs for their Approved Supplier List — and their auditor.

Send us a part number.

A photograph of the nameplate is sufficient to begin.

The channel

We are the European channel
for plants Europe finds hard to reach.

A dairy plant needs a German vane, a Swedish seat kit, an American filter element and a Belgian coating, and it needs them in one consignment, cleared once, with the paperwork its auditor will ask for. That consignment is assembled in Rotterdam.

Parts are bought genuine, through the manufacturer’s own channel or an authorised distributor, and they arrive traceable to the factory that made them.

The manufacturer can be anywhere. The channel is European. That is the whole business, and it is the reason a plant a long way from the nearest OEM office can run on genuine parts.

Genuine parts only.
Fully traceable.
Sourced through the
manufacturer’s channel.

Where a manufacturer publishes no figure, this site records that no figure is published rather than substituting an estimate. Several of the most significant intervals in a dairy plant fall into that category, and a maintenance plan built on an invented number is worse than one built on none.
