Identification

A photograph of the nameplate is enough. Part numbers are not published on this site. The nameplate carries the model, the build and the serial, and those three identify every consumable and wear part on the machine.

Where the nameplate is unreadable, a photograph of the equipment and the plant tag number are normally sufficient. The quotation states the genuine part, its origin and its lead time.

The technical position

Drift produces no alarm

Process decisions in the plant, including CIP concentration, pasteurisation hold, fill weight and membrane pressure, are taken on instrument readings. An instrument that has drifted continues to report, and the reading is accepted.
