A photograph of the nameplate is enough. Part numbers are not published on this site. The nameplate carries the model, the build and the serial, and those three identify every consumable and wear part on the machine.
Where the nameplate is unreadable, a photograph of the equipment and the plant tag number are normally sufficient. The quotation states the genuine part, its origin and its lead time.
The hygienic twin-screw pump used on many dairy lines runs with no metal-to-metal contact between the screws, handles approximately 177 °C and a differential pressure to 362 psi, and pumps the CIP solution that cleans it. Its generation has been superseded.
Supersession follows a sequence: parts remain available, then lead times lengthen, then supply moves to order-only with a minimum quantity, then support ends. The position of a specific installation is established by asking the manufacturer and recording the answer.

The screws intermesh without contact and the product is moved rather than sheared. The seal face is the only sliding contact in the machine, and the only component here with no published interval.
